About Me

I started Story Piece Woodworks in 2023 in North Pole, Alaska after a life long interest in woodworking while serving with 1st Brigade, 11th Airborne Division. I continue to hone my craft and acquire the tools and skills to be called a creator.

I grew up in Homer, Alaska before receiving a degree from Arizona State University. After graduation I commissioned into the US Army as an Infantryman and later transitioned into Military Intelligence for a total of 8 years of active duty service.

I am currently moving my business to Hartford, Connecticut and will be accepting orders starting August 2026.

When not woodworking I enjoy hiking, backpacking, fishing, hunting, snowboarding, rock climbing, watching the Lord of The Rings extended edition, and loving the beauty of Alaska. Follow me on Instagram to see what I am up to @storypiecewoodworks
