These are made from one Alaskan Birch cookie that I cut to size and engraved on my Sienci Labs LongMill. I tried out the Oramask to keep the custom stain from bleeding outside of the engraving. While it worked quite well it was a pain to remove with the detailed engravings on the EOD and Senior EOD Badge.
